Usage

The Usage section provides visibility into how credits are consumed across your organization.

It helps you track activity, understand costs, and plan usage.

Credit Overview​

Displays:

  • Available credits – credits you can currently use
  • Locked credits – credits that are in use by active operations

Locked credits are automatically released once the operation completes.

Credit Transactions​

A transaction log shows:

  • When credits were used
  • What action consumed them
  • How many credits were deducted

This includes usage across all members of the organization.

Credit Consumption Rules​

The following actions consume credits:

  • Add Company → 1 credit per company
  • Add News → 1 credit per news item
  • Deep Search → 5 credits per run

Credits are deducted at the time the action is performed.
