Synapse Chat

Synapse Chat is an AI workspace that understands everything happening inside your XyRo organization.

You can use it to:

  • Ask questions about your data
  • Generate content
  • Perform research
  • Take actions using context from across XyRo

What Synapse Knows​

Synapse has access to:

  • Receptor configurations and generated news
  • Dashboard companies, contacts, and notes
  • Area codes and assignments
  • Your email templates
  • Conversations and activity context

You can also ask it to perform web searches when additional context is required.

Example Queries​

  • Create a personalized email for XYZ Company using my existing email templates
  • Summarize recent high-intent news for companies in Area Code A
  • Find companies similar to those marked as Inquiry
  • Use the web to get more context about a company before drafting outreach

Current Limitations​

  • Synapse Chat does not automatically search uploaded documents
  • To include uploaded files, you must explicitly select:
    • Search Docs or Deep Search Docs

This ensures clarity and control over how your data is used.

Quickly answers your question by searching your uploaded documents.

Best for:

  • Finding specific information
  • Referencing internal documentation
  • Short, direct answers

Performs a general web search.

Best for:

  • External company research
  • Market context
  • News not yet present in XyRo

Deep Search Docs​

Uses multiple reasoning steps to:

  • Search across several documents
  • Identify the most relevant sources
  • Produce a structured, well-supported answer

Best for:

  • Complex questions
  • Broad research queries
  • Comparing multiple documents
