Get your organization's performance metrics across leads, users, and Receptor configurations.


Statistics Overview

Top-Level Metrics

Displays summary counts across all companies:

  • Total Companies — Total unique companies in system (with lead count)
  • Not Contacted — Companies with no outreach yet
  • In Conversation — Active engagement in progress
  • Introduced — Initial contact made
  • Inquiry — Expressed interest
  • Not Interested — Declined
  • Disqualified — Not a fit And other custom statuses as per your ogranization configuration.

Date Range Filter

  • Select custom date ranges in top-right
  • View "Unique Companies" for the selected period
  • Track changes over time

Combined Analytics

User Performance Breakdown

A table showing performance by individual user:

  • User email address
  • Lead counts across all statuses per user
  • Total column showing sum

This helps identify:

  • Individual team member performance
  • Workload distribution across users
  • Who is handling the most leads

Config Analytics

Receptor Config Performance

Shows which Receptor configurations are generating leads:

  • Config name
  • Lead counts by status per config
  • Total leads generated per config

Toggle Disabled Configs

  • Show/hide disabled configurations using "Show disabled" dropdown
  • Focus on active configs only

Helps identify:

  • High-performing configurations
  • Configs that need optimization
  • ROI per configuration

Stacked Bar Chart

Below the Config Analytics table, a stacked bar chart visualizes lead distribution:

  • Color-coded segments showing different lead statuses
  • Easy visual comparison of performance

  • Hover over segments to see exact counts
  • Compare performance at a glance
  • Identify patterns and trends
