Analytics provides a high-level view of your lead pipeline and how it is distributed across people and area codes.

It helps teams understand performance, workload, and lead health at a glance.


Lead Counts

Displays summary metrics including:

  • Total Leads (individual contacts + companies)
  • Not Contacted
  • In Conversation
  • Inquiry
  • Other lead statuses

These metrics update in real time as lead statuses change.


Lead Status by Area Code (Table)

A table shows:

  • All area codes in your organization
  • Lead counts grouped by status for each area code

This helps identify:

  • Overloaded regions
  • Stalled pipelines
  • High-performing areas

Area Code Distribution (Bar Chart)

A bar chart visualizes:

  • X-axis → Area codes
  • Y-axis → Lead counts

Hover Details

Hovering over a bar shows:

  • Breakdown of lead counts by status for that area code

This makes it easy to compare performance across regions without leaving the chart.
