Notifications
Notifications deliver real-time alerts to users about leads, calls, and system events.
How They Work
Notifications route automatically based on your browser tab state:
- Tab visible → Toast notification appears in the app
- Tab closed or hidden → OS notification appears in your system tray
Enabling Notifications
- Click "Enable Notifications" when prompted
- Grant browser permission
- You're set — notifications will arrive automatically
On iPhone or iPad (iOS)? iOS requires the app to be installed to your home screen first regardless of which browser you use:
- Open the app in Safari (must be Safari — Chrome/Firefox cannot add to home screen on iOS)
- Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen
- Open the app from your home screen icon
- Allow notifications when prompted

Managing Notifications
- Click on a notification to jump directly to the relevant page
- Notifications disappear once viewed or dismissed
- Disable anytime through your browser settings
