Notifications
Notifications deliver real-time alerts to users about leads, calls, and system events.
How They Work
Notifications route automatically based on your browser tab state:
- Tab visible → Toast notification appears in the app
- Tab closed or hidden → OS notification appears in your system tray
Enabling Notifications
- Click "Enable Notifications" when prompted
- Grant browser permission
- You're set — notifications will arrive automatically
What You'll Be Notified About
- New lead assignments
- Upcoming call reminders
- Lead status changes
Managing Notifications
- Click on a notification to jump directly to the relevant page
- Notifications disappear once viewed or dismissed
- Disable anytime through your browser settings
