Calendar

The Calendar provides a time-based view of all unresolved follow-ups across your workspace.

It helps you stay on top of commitments related to companies, contacts, and conversations.


Views

The calendar supports:

  • Month view
  • Week view

You can switch views based on how detailed you want your planning to be.


What Appears on the Calendar

The calendar shows all non-resolved follow-ups, including those created from:

  • Company notes
  • Contact notes
  • Emails you sent or received
  • Chat messages you participated in
  • Companies you are assigned to

A follow-up appears if:

  • You created it, or
  • Your email is mentioned, or
  • You are assigned to the related company

Follow-up Events

Each follow-up event may include:

  • Due date
  • Due time (if specified)
  • Short note or context

Events are visually placed on the calendar based on their due date and time.


Clicking a Follow-up

Clicking a follow-up event opens a detailed view showing:

  • Owner
  • Due date and time
  • Related contact (if applicable)
  • Related company

View on Dashboard

A View on Dashboard button is available.

  • Redirects you to the exact company or contact on the Dashboard
  • Makes it easy to take immediate action

Resolution Behavior

  • Resolved follow-ups are automatically removed from the calendar
  • Only pending follow-ups remain visible
