Lead Management

Lead Management controls how leads are displayed, filtered, and grouped on the dashboard.

It helps you focus on the most relevant companies and contacts while keeping your pipeline organized.


Filters

Company Name

Filter leads by company:

  • All companies
  • Or select a specific company from the dropdown

Useful when working on a single account.


Lead Status

Filter individual contacts by status:

  • All
  • Not Contacted
  • In Conversation
  • Inquiry
  • Not Interested
  • Disqualified

Area Code Selector

Filter companies by area code:

  • All
  • None (unassigned)
  • Specific area code

Display Options

Show Empty Companies

Switch (ON by default)

  • ON → shows companies without individual contacts
  • OFF → hides companies without contacts

Show Archived

Switch (OFF by default)

  • ON → displays archived companies
  • OFF → hides archived companies

Area Code Box

Displays all available area codes in your organization.

Each area code includes:

  • Area code name
  • Number of assigned companies
  • Distribution of leads

This provides a quick overview of how leads are organized across regions or teams.
