Approvals
The Approvals page is where you review AI-drafted replies before they go out — for both email and LinkedIn. Agent X classifies inbound emails and LinkedIn messages, drafts a response, and queues it here rather than sending automatically — a human always reviews the final message.
Reviewing a Proposal
Each pending reply shows:
- Who it's to (contact name and company)
- A badge showing the channel — Email or LinkedIn
- A short reason or snippet explaining why Agent X drafted this reply
- Any Cc recipients (email only)
- How long ago it was queued
Cards flagged Needs review (amber) mean Agent X wants a closer look before sending — usually because the reply touches something sensitive or ambiguous. These still send with one click, just relabeled Send anyway to make the review step explicit.
Actions
- Send — sends the reply as drafted
- Edit — opens a side panel to change the body before sending (email replies also let you edit the subject and Cc list). The panel also shows the previous messages in the same conversation for context.
- Reject — discards the draft; nothing is sent
- Approve all — sends every pending proposal currently in the list, in order
Editing a reply saves your changes even if you close the panel without sending — the next time you open that proposal, your edit is still there.
LinkedIn drafts have no subject line or Cc field — a LinkedIn reply is a direct message, not an email.
Searching
Use the search box to filter the list by contact name, company, subject (email only), or the reason Agent X gave for drafting the reply.
Staying Current
The list refreshes automatically every 30 seconds, so new proposals appear without needing to reload the page.
