How to Use

  1. Navigate to Sales AssistantEmail
  2. Select contacts from your Cortex
  3. Choose or create email template
  4. Configure sequence:
    • Set number of emails
    • Define delays (e.g., wait 3 days between emails)
    • Add personalization
  5. Launch campaign

Step 1 (Day 0): Introduction

  • Subject: "Quick question about [Company]"
  • Body: Brief intro + value prop

Step 2 (Day 3): Value add

  • Subject: "Resource for [Pain Point]"
  • Body: Share relevant case study or resource
