How to Use
- Navigate to Sales Assistant → Calls
- Select leads from your Cortex
- Click Start Calling
- Sales Assistant dials each lead automatically
- Log outcome and notes after each call
- Schedule follow-ups as needed
Call Outcomes
- Connected — Spoke with decision-maker
- Voicemail — Left message
- No Answer — Call went unanswered
- Busy — Line was busy
- Invalid — Disconnected or wrong number
Each outcome can trigger different follow-up actions.
