Each company card represents a single company and office location.

Company Details​

Displays:

  • Company name
  • Office location
  • Phone (if available)
  • General emails (if available)
  • Website (if available)
  • Existing company marker (imported companies)

Company Notes​

  • Logs activity related only to the company
  • Supports:
    • User-written notes
    • Follow-up creation

User Assignment​

Assign or change the User/Users for the company using the selector. Supports multi user assignment.

News Box​

Shows all news in your organization that mentions this company.

Options Menu​

Draft an Email​

  • Draft emails to company contacts
  • Requires Outlook or Gmail connection

Add Contact (Custom)​

  • Manually add a new contact under the company

Archive​

  • Hides the company from the Cortex
  • Can be restored later

Delete​

  • Permanently removes the company from the Cortex
